Simple…Merkins, Squats, Big Boys, Lunges…started with 12 of each, then 11, 10, 9, down to 1. That’s 78 reps of each exercise. Ended with 2x1min. low planks.
COT:
Watching two teams in the College Football National Championship game that overcame embarrassing setbacks during the regular season and used them to solidify their resolve in reaching their goals. There was tremendous resilience and determination. Many players also mentioned and gave credit to Jesus Christ which was really cool to see.
