Workout:

Started at front of corner of endzone and did 28 exercises.  Bear crawled to rear corner of endzone and did 21 of same exercise.  Moseyed to far rear of endzone and did 14 of same exercise.  Bear crawled to front far corner of endzone and did 7 of same exercise.  Moseyed back to starting point and repeated with new exercise.  If we did exercises  with coupons we did farmer carry rather than bear crawl.  Exercises included coupon presses, leg lifts, coupon curls, merkiens, coupon triceps.

COT:

Thought of the day was about why do we do what we do?  Shared story about my son and questioning why does he wrestle.  Importance of doing things for the glory of God and to serve others.  Matthew 22 says to love God and love others.
