The thought of the day was about transitions. There are a lot of transitions happening with the men in our group and also with their families. Some of these are forced and some of these are chosen. But they’re all scary. We need to look at these as opportunities to re-create ourselves and grow. There is no comfort in growth and there is no growth in comfort.
