Did sets of 28 – 21 – 14 – 7 exercises at each corner of end zone. Bear crawled from side to side. Moseyed from front to back and back to front of end zone. All exercises done together in cadence. Exercises completed were: Big Boys and Merkins. Finished with one round of 28 Leg Flutters.
Message from Sunday has been hitting me this week. Why do I get angry and how do I deal with others being angry with me. A few thoughts… remember anger is a secondary emotion. The primary emotions we are usually dealing with are things like fear, shame, insecurity, feustration, etc. When we realize this we can go to God with the things that make us this way. We can give these things to him… he wants us to! Remember I need Jesus and so do they. Notes from message below.
