While one PAX ran to the 50 yard line and back the other 4 PAX performed excerices of someone’s  choice. We all took turns choosing the excerices. Some of the excerices included:
Monkey Humpers
Merkins
Merkins w Shoulder Tap
Merkins w twist
High and Low Planks
Plank Jacks
Elevator Leg Lifts
Lunges
Slow Squats
And many more fun excerices

From a devotional I read yesterday titled “Born to Die”Easter begins at Christmas. Joy to the world! For unto us a child is born; unto us a Son is given. Away in a manger. Silent night. This is where it begins. And yet we know the rest of the story. This baby was born for one primary purpose: to die.This Christmas baby was born to be subjected to brutality and humiliation. He would lay down his life so that he could bring eternal life to us all. Joy to the world, indeed.
