Set a continuous 4 minute timer. The PAX performed the following every 4 minutes and then rested the remainder.

Colossians 3:17 says – And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father.This scripture really convicted me when I studied it. It says WHATEVER you do or say, not WHENEVER YOU WANT. The scripture challenges us that in all we do (exercise, laundry, cleaning, parenting, working, etc) and all we say (to people, about people, etc) we should do it representing Jesus – as if Jesus Christ himself were there. Not an easy task, but something we can all practice.
