The wind was strong and temperatures were frigid, yet this small but formidable group of young men pressed on to complete the following abdominal workout:

No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow your progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying!
My abs are still sore and it was freezing, but I love that we get to come together and do something no one else is doing. Stay warm my friends.
