The Pax lined up on the goalline for this 21 style workout. Started on goalline and jogged to the 30 yard line Performed 20 Merkins. Then ran back to the goalline and performed 1 Monkey Humper (4-count). Continued this pattern decreasing the Merkins and increasing the Humpers by 1 each time.
