The PAX partnered up for this Dora style Beatdown. While one PAX Rifle Carried Coupon 30 yards and back, the other PAX performed the below exercises, switching and combining their reps.

This morning I was reading the story in Mark 5, where Jesus healed a Demon possessed man. I’ve read this part of the Bible many times and never thought much of verses 6 & 7 un till this morning.[6] When Jesus was still some distance away, the man saw him, ran to meet him, and bowed low before him. [7] With a shriek, he screamed, “Why are you interfering with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? In the name of God, I beg you, don’t torture me!”What caught my attention was that the demons bowed down to Jesus and called him the Son of God.
