Workout:

A simple DORA. Exercises were 100 merkins, 200 big boys and 300 OH Presses. Running portion was to the 50 & back with a coupon. Some teams got some bonus reps if they made it all the way through the exercises. Completed a modified Bob the Builder to the 50 and back. Then, finished with a plank circuit: 1 min high plank, 30 second low plank, 30 second low plank one foot then switch to the other foot for another 30 sec, 30 sec high plank, 1 min low plank to close

My thought was do we see the positive or the negative in people. An example from the bible is David. Do we think of him for what he did with Bethsheba or do we think of his accomplishments or for being a man “after God’s own heart”. It’s easy to judge people for the worst things they’ve done in their lives in their worst moments, but I’m trying to make a concerted effort to start focusing on the positive instead of the negative.
