Workout:

Pax formed two teams and competed with the opponent across from them. Stations were coupon holds, merkins, presses and the extra man did squats. For example, one team member did 1 merkin, the opposing team member did 2, and then all the way up from there until someone couldn’t complete the reps. Presses started at 10 reps. Whatever team lost rotated to a new exercise, while the winners stayed on the same exercise for the next round. Separated rounds with jogging to the 100 & back. Shortened the distance as we went to allow for more rounds.

Positive thinking can have such a huge impact in results. Consider changing the way we think when 3 phrases enter our mind: 1) Turn “I hope” into “I know” 2) Turn “I need” into “I have” 3) Turn “I can’t” into “I can”
