Workout:

Pax lined up on the goal line and then ran to the 10, performed 1 clapping merkin and then ran back to the goal line to perform 1 squat lunge. Then, ran to the 20 and did 2 clapping merkins and 2 squat lunges, etc all the way up to 10o yards and 10 reps each. Once finished, start over from the beginning.

Finished with some elevator leg lifts for good measure.

Thought of the Day was from a study I read about how sleep impacts life expectancy. It said (unsurprisingly) that a person who exercises regularly lives longer than a person who doesn’t exercise. However, for people that get less than 6 hours of sleep per night and exercise regularly, their life expectancy is actually shorter than people who sleep less than 6 hours and don’t exercise. Moral of the story: try to get those 6 hours of sleep when we can
