Workout:

The PAX started at goal line with KB in their right hand. They Ran with it in right hand until they couldn’t hold any longer then switched it to the left hand and ran until he couldn’t hold any longer. Then put KB down, performed 5 reps of exercise of their choice and ran to the other goal line then jog back to KB. Pick KB up with right hand – rinse and repeat.

COT:

Keep connected with F3 Brothers. My challenge is to reach out to an F3 brother that haven’t been around lately. Some battling sickness, some battling injury, others battling laziness or cold weather.
