the 23 glorious minutes of running with kettlebells. Each pax picked their interval and exercises in between. Dueling speakers delivered the music.

“Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.”Just like we carry these kettlebells back and forth, we all carry weight in life— responsibilities, burdens, challenges. But we don’t carry them alone. God gives us strength for the journey and endurance to finish the race laid out for us. So today, remember we were made to carry weight with purpose.
