Workout:

The PAX started at goal line with KB in their right hand. They Ran with it in right hand until they couldn’t hold any longer then switched it to their left hand and ran until they couldn’t hold any longer. Put KB down, perform 5 reps of exercise of your choice then run to the other goal line then jog back to KB. Pick KB up with right hand – rinse and repeat.

COT:

Since Mike’s death his wife and I have had a saying that we are just living day to day. The verse of the day I received hit me across the face even though I have it memorized. Psalms 118:24 NLT “This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it”I need to remember that I’m not just living day to day. Instead God has gifted me everyday and I need to rejoice in that.
