- The Gauntlet Grinder (AMRAP)
PAX move station to station with mode of transport and exercises listed. Distance 20 yards between stations, staring on goal line.Station 1:
• 10 Merkins
• Bear Crawl to Station 2Station 2:
• 15 Big Boy Sit-ups
• Lunge Walk to Station 3Station 3:
• 20 Air Squats
• run to Station 4Station 4:
• 5 Burpees
• run back to Station 1 and repeat2. Tabata Core Circuit :20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest – 3 rounds of each
• Big Boys
• Flutter Kicks
• Plank Jacks
• American Hammers3. Dora 1-2-3:Pair up. One partner runs 50 yards and back while the other works on the following cumulative reps:
• 100 Merkins
• 200 Squats
• 300 LBCsPartners alternate until all reps are completed.
