Workout:

Leg 1:  @Engelberg with some quad hammering Dora
Leg 2:  @Ocean Spray with the world’s slowest indian run, coupled with five diamond merks and five burpees from the catch-up PAX
Leg 3:  @Michelin Man with the circle of pain

6MOM:

@Six String put us through the paces with the merkinovator (sp?), and enough ab work to get @Ocean Spray living up to his handle. He followed that up with a cadence lesson for the ages.

COT:

@Six String @Engelberg @Radio combined to illustrate the importance of F3, how it changes lives, and how lucky we are to have formed the relationships we have through F3. The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. This is just another step in that progression.
Remember men, never be embarrassed of your faith, and never be embarrassed of you Patriotism!
