0:50/0:10, four exercises (burpees, mike Tysons, squat jumps, frog jumps), repeated for three rounds.

Followed by a 3:00 break.

Repeat.

Lean into discomfort. Not only in exercise, but also look closely at the why you’re feeling it in other aspects of your life… feel what your body tells you… just like hunger or thirst, your body tells you emotional needs… but we often can’t express them and/or deflect them to others. Identify, learn from, and grow.
