Mosey Around Medina

The mosey consisted of friendly conversations and we didn’t necessarily leave @McCracken behind. We left him in great hands with a plan with his other half as he was up moving at a great pace and getting some fresh air. The rest were able to get a nice tour of the Farmer’s Market and get in a little of 3 miles.

Short and Sweet. I got into running around 5-6years ago now. It’s been a life changing experience for the better and it also guided me to discovering F3. I still struggle to run and it’s something I have to motivate myself to do. However, things in life that don’t come easy and you have to work on can be the most rewarding. Prayers for @McCracken and his recovery and James Barnicle Sr(my dad) on his recovery. Both seem to be making good progress. Thanks for the coffee @McCracken!
