Arm Circles forward and backwards 4 count X15, Overhead claps, seals claps, Michael Phelps, SSH X20, Tappy Taps X10, Abe Vigodas X10, Bear squats

Sally – Squats, up on “Bring Sally Up” and down on “Bring Sally Down”


Who ever held the bell picked the exercise for the group and did swings while the group performed the exercise.  The bell never touches the ground and the pax moseys from corner to corner of the football field. The bell can be passed to the next person at any time.  The reps for each exercise was 23 since it is now 2023.  Exercises included – Merkins, Dips, Incline Merkins, Squats, Burpees, Big Boys, LBCs, Heels to heaven, Bay city scissors, SSH, etc…


I know many of us are trying to commit to new habits in 2023, try to break them down into small steps and avoid the all or nothing method. Developing new habits fail when we make the task to big or to hard to accomplish all at one time.
