Exercise 1, run 20 yards, Exercise 1, run 20 yards back – repeat.  Exercises change every 2 minutes for a total of 16 minutes (AMRAP).

21 shopping days in till Christmas, well at least that is the pressure we feel, along with all the other angst from fights at youth sports games, drama in the family, and year end stressors at work.  The crazy thing is none of that is the reason why we celebrate, but for some reason it fills up all of our time leading up to Christmas.  Take a moment and think about what this holiday truly means to you and try to live that every day, aka Charlie Brown Christmas “Peace and Goodwill toward men!”
