Warm-up:

Warmup, then a half lap to grab a coupon

Workout:

Bent over rows
Squats
Overhead Press
Deadlifts
Curls
Thrusters
Pullovers

One partner did 6 reps, then the other partner did 6 reps. Then each round increased by 2 reps until each one did 16 reps, then on to the next exercise. If you completed an exercise, it was 61 reps.

Then we played a game of Run for your life. We circled up in the middle of the field. One pax had a pool noodle and handed it off to another pax   He had to run the circle back to his original spot while the other pax was trying to catch him and beat him with the noodle. I had to “play “ this game when I was in the Army, except we used belts instead of a noodle.
