Warm-up:

neck rolls, arm circles, turn and bounce, tappy-taps, Abe Vigodas, mini-motivator (5 down)

Workout:

Tabata-style exercises in 1-minute increments.  Each pax completed 10 reps each of the complimentary exercises at the start of each minute and rested with the remaining time until the next minute started.

Circuit 1 (10 minutes)10 Overhead presses and 10 curls

Circuit 2 (10 minutes)10 block merkins and 10 weighted squats
