PAX alternated carrying their ‘downed’ buddy (4 coupons suspended from a 2×4) and a 50lbs (kettlebell) sack of supplies to 4 different rendezvous points. The 6MOM extraction chopper touched down after 30 minutes.

As we approach Thanksgiving, I’d like to go around the circle and have the group share something they’re thankful for.Each person shared something meaningful to them.I’m thankful for this group. As today’s theme entailed, the term ‘rescue’ could likely be used more often in F3. I love the stories I hear and the moments in my own life when the men of this group rescue each other from making dumb decisions, and guiding towards better alternatives. Since starting my F3 journey, I’ve been thankful for this fine group of men.
