Run

4-8 loops on Covered Bridge climb. Good Stuff!  @Mayhem made friends with a pack of coyotes that might have been following him .  Always good conversation on the trail. Everyone says this loop is hard.  But what is harder?  I think Hawkins Hill loop is harder.  May have to do an apples to apples next sunday.

I realized why I enjoy trail vs street/parkway.  The trail forces you to live in the moment.  To think about every next step or you will stumble.  Once I hit the parkway, my mind goes to work, family, or any other issues that may be on my mind.  Running should be a place of peace.  I encourage everyone to take the challenge and get out on the trail this fall and enjoy the moment.
