PAX ran to Medina Square (1mile), did 100 each of Merkins, Big Boys, Squats, Ran Back to the High school
Modified BEEtdown saw @Shugah and @French Lick (a definite man for others) attack the Murph minus running, with @Shugah get in an eye popping 80 pullups!!!

Today is the annual Army/Navy game. If you’re not overly interested in watching two non-bowl eligible teams go at it, I ask that you at least tune in for the beginning and the end. The pageantry is magnificent, and the young men (and women) at the Service Academies are exemplary. There’s simply nothing like watching the Midshipmen and the Cadets come together for the alma maters at the end of the game! 3PM today on CBS. Happy viewing, boys!
