Workout:

A big showing as the Pax hit double digits on this fine Friday Sled Day. A brief warm up occurred before the Pax warmed up their legs with some sprints with one bear crawl mixed in. Then, we moved over to the sled. 10 Pax gave us enough people to have two teams so we rotated back and forth between pushing and resting. After a few pushes it was noticed that the sled was gliding easily today on the slightly damp turf, so the resting group started standing on the sled for the group pushing which added somewhere between 800 – 1100 pounds to the sled. The sled was pushed around the football field a few times before we closed with some mary consisting of 15 big boys, 15 Flutter kicks, 15 Freddie Mercury’s, 15 heel taps and 2 rounds of Guantanamo.

Special Shout Out to the our first time Friday Sled Pushers: @Blitzkrieg @SloMo @Billy Bass and good recruiting by the Friday regulars to get up to 10 today.

COT:

Message today was Mark 11:22-25 And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And whenever you stand praying , forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.”
