Workout:

(I stole this workout from a CrossFitting friend.)

Round 1 – 12mins
Run 2 laps, then amrap the following until time expires.
3 burpees
10 pushups
15 air squats

Round 2 – 8mins
Run 1 lap then amrap the following until time expires.
2 burpees
10 V-Ups
5 good mornings

Round 3 – 5mins
Run 0.5 lap then amrap the following until time expires.
1 burpee
10 pushups
10 lbc’s

Round 4 – 3mins
1min jumping jacks
1min bear plank
1min 6” hold

6MOM:

Circled up and each HIM picked 20 reps of an exercise for the group to do. Went around the circle twice.

Birthdays are a strange thing. My wife’s birthday is this weekend.
