Workout:

All exercises were performed at 12 reps, to represent a 12oz can of your favorite adult beverage

Started with a (barely) sub 8min 1 mile run (7:55)

Since nobody showed up, I brought and used my own 30lbs dumbbells (1 in each hand)

12x curls for the girls
12x deadlifts
12x Russian twists
12x OH press
12x squats
12x V-up toe touches
(repeat this cycle 4 times)

6MOM:

12x LBCs
12x pickle pointers

COT:

Ironically, I created a workout about drinking, but I’m roughly 1 month away from the 2-year mark since I last had a drink.
