What Saturday used to be like

ditched original plan due to parking lot conditions.  Completed 4 rounds of coupon exercises:

20 block merkins
20 overhead presses
30 squats
20 curls
20 alpos
20 overhead tricep extensions

Finished with a handful of hill runs.

Thought of the day is actually about this day, 1/13 which is my mother’s birthday.  Tragically, I lost my mom when I was 8 and it’s always taught/ reminded me that we are only guaranteed to have our loved ones for that very moment.  It’s only a cliche until it happens, so don’t take time with family and loved ones for granted.
