COT:

My brain’s O2 depletion made me forget to pass along my thought of the day. I didn’t see that any other recent COTs/TODs marked the anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. That day changed our world forever. We all remember where we were and what we were doing. Each of us probably felt one or more feelings (scared, sad, confused, angry, etc.). Some of us lost loved ones, either on that day or during the military operations that followed. Through all of it, we heard incredible stories of love, heroism, faith, and unity. While clearly we don’t want another terrorist attack, what needs to happen for us to prioritize love, faith, and unity? Is it a choice that we can individually or collectively make?
