PAX grabbed a block and 2 bricks, placing bricks at the first light post.ROUND 1: Run to bricks for x10 CPT (Curl Press Tricep in a 6-count cadence) then run back to Blocks for a Flow of Squats-Curls-Merkins-Dips x10 eachROUND 2: x10 CPT, Flow x9ROUND 3: x10 CPT, Flow x8…ROUND 10: x10 CPT, Flow x1

Its always a pleasure getting to lead this group especially after some time off so thank you for letting me be a part of this group of leaders!Thoughts today were from the Dads breakfast at church on Saturday: Our kids look at us more as they get older and a dad that has a bad attitude and is disengaged with church is more harmful than a non-believing dad. As men who are ipenly christian, we have more influence on our surroundings (family, coworkers, neighbors) than we might realize.When we proclaim our faith to the world, we become a bean regardless and its up to us to decide if we will make good or bad coffee.  Be aware of the influence you have as you go about your week!
