Warm-up:

neck rolls, arm circles, tappy-taps, flamingos

Workout:

Thursday Dora. Partners teamed up to complete 100 merkins, 200 coupon curls, 200, overhead presses, 200 weighted squats and 100 big boys.  The partner not doing the exercise ran to the opposite sideline, completed 2 Burpees and returned before picking up from their partner. Once the first round was complete the second round was half the reps.

COT:

based on my recent travel we talked about having perseverance and grit. We took our kids on a tough stair climb. On step 1,800 of the 3,000 steps my kids considered walking back down. We discussed the feelings they would have if they completed it. We pushed on slowly but completed the climb. There was a great sense of accomplishment by completing the task. Think about this as you go through tough situations. Just keep moving and it will get better. Show grit and determination to complete the task. As Rodney Atkins put it, “if you are going through hell keep on going.”
