Warm-up:
Neck Circles, Yesses, Nos, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, Tappy Taps, Abe Vagoda’s, Flamingos, and Catchers Pose things.
Workout:
Motivator from 10
Sprints and shuffles: start on the sideline at the goal line, sprint to the hash, shuffle to the 15, backwards sprint to the sidelines, shuffle to the goal line. Repeat once.
Then 12 reps each of: OH Presses, curls, dips, merkins, and squats.
After each set (all 5 movements) of coupon work, pax did 2 rounds of the sprint/shuffle course, then the coupon work, etc.
We completed 5 total circuits.
COT:
Focus on your mindset when negative thoughts start creeping into your head. Don’t let the negativity poison your ability to achieve great things.
