Warm-up:
neck rolls, arm circles, Imperial Walkers, tappy-taps, turn and bounce, Abe Vigodas, slow squats, 1-lap mosey
Workout:
full body Motivator. Started with SSHs to squats to merkins to big boys, from a 10 count and counting down each round.Followed by a 21-style workout, but with 22 reps for the 22nd day of the month. Started on the goal-line with merkins and ran to the 50 yard line with squats.
COT:
Thought today is around Monday motivation. Mondays can feel heavy—not because the week is hard yet, but because it’s unknown. The temptation is to look at the whole week and feel overwhelmed.But we don’t win the week all at once.We win one rep at a time.Scripture reminds us in Matthew 6:34:“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”You don’t need to solve the whole week today. You just need to show up, give effort, and be faithful in this moment.
