Warm-up:
neck rolls, arm circles, tappy-taps, SSHs X 30, slow squats
Workout:
From the center of the field, the pax completed 9 rounds while adding an additional exercise and 5 reps to each round. In between each round the pax would mosey to the goal line and reset for the next round.The rounds would build as follows:
5 burpees
10 big boys
15 dips
20 merkins
25 flutter kicks
30 SSHs
35 butterfly crunches
40 squats
45 monkey humpers
COT:
Message today is about “gap” and “gains”. The gap — the distance between where we are and where we think we should be. That mindset can make us feel like we’re always falling short, but if you shift your focus to the gain — the ground you’ve already covered — you start seeing progress, gratitude, and growth.Today we finished 9 of the 10 rounds of the escalator and while it would be easy to focus on not getting to the end, we should choose to focus on the journey and the number of reps that got us to 9 rounds.
