Workout:

Mosey to Shed of Pain and grabbed 1 Coupon eachFormat for the excercises was for all PAX to perform a Static Hold, then each PAX performed 5 reps of an excercise one at a time around the circle. Then 4 reps each, 3, 2, and 1, and somes back up to 5. Life is busy and its easy to get in a routine and get complacent in areas we should be growing or fall into bad habits. Because this is something I know I do too easily I want to encourage us all to take a step back and identify either a habit we’ve fallen into that we need to cut out, or an area we’ve grown complacent in and need to be intentional about growing again.Thank you again for letting me lead!
