Workout:

  • PAX moseyed to the pain shed. Each PAX grabbed a coupon.
  • 3 rounds of line drills
    • Round 1 (10 Minutes)
      • Start at pain shed
      • Run to “blue line” for 15 curl presses with coupon
      • Run back to start
      • Run to “center ice” for 15 squats
      • Run back to start
      • Run to “far blue line” for 15 merkins
      • Run back to start
      • Run to “far goal line” for 15 Bonnie Blairs
      • Run back to start
        • PAX was OYO for the 10 minutes
        • 1 minute rest
        • 1 minute high plank
        • Move to round 2
    • Round 2 (8 Minutes)
      • Same pattern as round 1
        • PAX was OYO for 8 minutes
        • 1 minute rest
        • 1 minute high plank
        • Move to round 3
    • Round 3 (6 Minutes)
      • Same pattern, but 10 reps
  • CLEAR

COT:

  • A lot of emphasis on patience this time of year. I know something I can do better with sometimes. It is always a crazy and busy time of year and patience can run thin…whether friends, family, work, etc…
  • Never anything wrong with taking a step back from a situation to see the bigger picture and exercising patience in the process.
