Been doing some reading into David lately. He has many highs and plenty of lows too and often his relationship with Bethsheeba would be considered his low point. I knew that Jesus was born into David’s lineage, but what I didn’t realize until recently was that he was actually born through the David/Bethsheeba line. It was just striking to me that what we see as a black mark is the lineage God chose for Jesus to be born into
