Workout:

We tested out our new 150lb tire by flipping it one Pax at a time for amrap, followed by bashing it with sledgehammers for 10 reps per side once flipping was complete. Total flip time, 35 minutes. Ended with a 60 second plank with feet elevated on tire, and 15 heels to heaven.

COT:
