  • Ran to middle light post and did 15 Merkins
    • Ran back to first light post
  • Ran 1/2 way between middle and last light post and did 15 Jump Squats
    • Ran back to first light post
  • Ran to last light post and did 15 lunges
    • Ran back to first light post
  • Finished with 15 dips on the large tire
