SSH, Turn n bounce, Arm Circles (forward & back), Tappy Tap

Workout:

Run the length of the parking lot, loop around, run length of parking lot back to shed, loop around shed. Stopping at light posts along the way for exercises.  PAX drew 4 exercises out of a hat.

5 Loops total (x25 reps, x20 reps, x15 reps, x10 reps, x5 reps of each exercise)

2nd light post (out): Squats
3rd light post (out): Coupon Curls
2nd light post (return): No weight Thrusters
1st light post (return): Incline Merkins
