Warm-up:

  • Neck rolls
  • Arm circles
  • Turn and bounce
  • Tappy taps
  • Leg stretches
  • Quad stretches
  • Bear squats

Workout:

  • Partner 1 up and down the visitors section Bleachers
  • Partner 2 up and down the home section bleachers
  • First partner to finish come to the field to do 100 block merkins
  • Second Partner to finish takes over the block merkins while the other partner runs to the 50 yd line and back
  • Repeat until reps are completed
  • Switch sides for the up and down bleachers
  • First partner to finish come to the field to do 100 block curls
  • Second Partner to finish takes over the block curls while the other partner runs to the 50 yd line and back
  • Repeat until reps are completed
  • Wind Sprints 100 yds and back x 2

6MOM:

  • Plank holds
  • Shoulder taps
  • Cross knee to elbow/Mountain climbers
  • Plank holds
  • Rinse and repeat x2
  • 4 count LBC plus up count Big boys (10 each x 2)
