COT:
I have had trouble relaxing and sleeping the past few weeks. I have been turning to a couple of prayer apps. A few I’ve found have certain prayers, scripture and music for anything from meditation, to help with sleep, ways to get closer to God. I have been finding using the various apps has helped with relaxing me in the evenings and getting my mind at ease. If anyone has any other suggestions on apps they make use, please post them on here.
