Run

Shugah took off for a run in his Cleveland Browns apparel. As Focker and I went for 2 laps around the high school. We had quicker mile times than we normally did completing 1.7 miles. I felt really good on some of the inclines.

We met up with the PAX for the ruck with plenty of time to spare. The PAX split up into 2 groups as the ruck began. Even though I had my best mile times, I could not keep up with the lead group and lost them when we reached Reagan PKWY. Shugah, Focker and I made our way through the park completing 3.05 miles.
