  • SSH’s x 25
  • Shoulders/Triceps
  • Windmill
  • Back
  • Legs

Workout:

AX circled in the East End Zone.  Began with PAX 1 selecting 5 reps of an exercise.  Going around the circle, PAX 2 did 5 reps of exercise one, then chose exercise two for 10 reps.  Continued around, with each PAX adding an exercise +5 reps.  Exercises completed:

  • 5 reps – Merkins (Hand Release)
  • 10 reps – LBC’s
  • 15 reps- Chest Press
  • 20 reps- Skull Crushers
  • 25 reps- Curls
  • 30 reps- OH Press
  • 35 reps- Squats
  • 40 reps- Bonnie Blairs

We then went backwards, working our way back to exercise 1.

6MOM:

Each PAX called out 10 LBC’s for 70 total.
