Workout:

The PAX started at the goal line (first light pole) and performed 10 Wall-e’s TRI- fectas. Carrying their blocks to the 25-yard line (my car) and performed 20 weighted squats Mosey to the 50-yard line (2nd light pole). Performed 30 Merkins. Moseyed to the other goal line (3rd light pole). Performed 40 LBCs. Moseying back performing the same exercises at those locations. 3 Rounds we completed

I read a passage that I had on my phone this morning. It reminded me of the way F3PAX members lookout for each other.  You may never be in trouble when you have friends around.
