The PAX partnered up for this Dora style Ab Beatdown. While one PAX Ran to the other sideline and back, the other PAX performed the below exercises, switching and combining their reps.

Happiness comes and goes, because it’s tied to what’s happening around us. Good day at work? Happy. Tough season? Not so much. That kind of happiness is fragile.

But joy… joy is different. Joy is steady. It doesn’t ride the highs and lows of circumstance because it’s rooted in something deeper—our relationship with God.

So the question for us isn’t “Am I happy right now?”It’s “Am I rooted in something that can’t be shaken?”
