7 men braved the -1 weather for today’s fun. After a quick warm up the PAX moseyed to the field for the real fun…
We did a few rounds of the following with the PAX taking turns calling cadence:1 burpee2 merkins3 squats 4 SSH
Then we did a couple rounds of the following with the PAX taking turns calling cadence:2 burpees 4 merkins 6 squats 8 SSH
Finished with various planks and some pickle pointers.
