Pax each grabbed 2 bricks and a coupon. Then, started working through a series of Jack Webb’s but the merkins were replaced with big boys. Work our way up through the cycle and ended up completing 93 big boys and 372 presses. Mixed in some shuttle runs with the coupon. Total yardage was 980 with the coupon, and added a 1 minute brick hold for good measure.

God tells us to speak to a mountain and it will be cast into the sea. God spoke and created the world. But something I struggle with is praying out loud for something especially when I’m in public. I’ll pray internally at times, but really need to be praying more externally and putting voice to those words that I’m thinking in my own mind. Our words have power, so let’s use them.
